What do I need to do if the water does not drain during the washing cycle?

It sounds like it’s moving slowly but the agitator nor the drum moves and it remains unlocked. However, it DOES lock and agitate only during “drain & spin cycle”.

Same question Type your response here Add my commentThere is not a 110 volt plug. The 110/120 volt for the washer is obtained from one of the two lines that supply the 240 volts to the entire unit. Voltage across the two hot lines is 240 volts, which supplies power to the dryer heating elements. The voltage between each hot line and the neutral line is 120 volts, and this is where the 120 volts for the washer is obtained. No transformer reducer is required.
